H1B VISAS
H1B visas are available to applicants who have attained at least a
bachelor's degree or its equivalent and have an offer of employment in a
specialty occupation from a U.S. employer. A specialty occupation is
defined as "an occupation that requires theoretical and practical application
of a body of highly specialized knowledge." H1B visa holders must be paid the
prevailing wage for the position as determined by the Department of Labor.
H1B visas can be renewed for up to six years. The spouse and children of an
H1B visa holder are eligible for H4 visas.
Our firm assists hundreds of clients every year to obtain H1B visas in a
wide variety of occupations.
